Anthropic Prepares for Stock Market Debut and Plans to Break SpaceX's Record

Artificial intelligence company Anthropic is preparing for a stock market listing and plans to match or exceed SpaceX's initial public offering volume.
The company may begin submitting the relevant filing at the end of the month. Anthropic's Chief Financial Officer Krishna Rao has been leading final meetings with investors, though he has not discussed the company's estimated market value.
SpaceX's initial public offering volume reached $75 billion, and after the sale of additional shares, it reached $86.2 billion.
Anthropic raised $65 billion in May, when its valuation was $965 billion. In the second quarter, the company's preliminary revenue exceeded $11.5 billion, while a year earlier this figure was $787 million.
Anthropic may go public before OpenAI. OpenAI currently plans to become a public company in 2027. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan are participating in Anthropic's IPO process.
