These Terms of Service govern your use of Traders' Hub ("we", "us") — our website, courses, and related services. By creating an account or accessing our courses, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use Traders' Hub. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Each account is for a single person; you may not share your login with others.
3. Access to courses
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access that course's content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to others.
4. Payments and pricing
Course prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) and may include discounts or promo codes where offered. Payments are processed securely by Bank of Georgia; we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply. Access to a paid course is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Courses are digital content made available to you immediately after purchase. If you have not substantially accessed a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Once a course has been substantially accessed or completed, it is generally non-refundable. We review each request fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software on Traders' Hub are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
7. AI tutor
Some lessons include an AI tutor powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; they are provided for learning support only. Do not rely on them as professional advice, and do not submit sensitive personal information in these conversations.
8. Acceptable use
When using Traders' Hub, you agree not to:
- share your account or course access with others;
- copy, scrape, or redistribute course content;
- attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.
9. Certificates
When you complete a course, we may issue a certificate with a unique verification ID. Certificates confirm course completion only; they are not professional qualifications or financial licenses.
10. Education, not financial advice
All content on Traders' Hub is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading and investing carry significant risk, including the loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Traders' Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses you incur. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
