This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Traders' Hub ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and courses, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

Traders' Hub is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@tradershub.ge or by post at Terenti Graneli 10/12, Tbilisi, Georgia.

What we collect

We only collect the data we need to run the service:

Account: name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
Profile: phone number, gender, date of birth, country, profile photo, and any social links you choose to add.
Course activity: your enrollments, lesson progress, quiz results, certificates, and the messages you exchange with our AI tutor during lessons.
Payments: when you buy a course we record the order and its status. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: IP address, browser, and device information, used to operate the service, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.

How we use your data

To provide, maintain, and improve the courses and platform.
To create and verify your account and issue certificates.
To process payments and give you access to purchased courses.
To send transactional emails such as email verification and course updates.
To send marketing emails — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the courses), to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent.

AI-powered lessons

Our lessons use Anthropic's Claude to provide interactive tutoring. The messages you send during a lesson are processed by Anthropic to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal information in these conversations.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to operate the platform:

Vercel — website hosting and file storage.
Neon — managed database hosting.
Resend — delivery of our emails.
Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI responses in interactive lessons.
Bank of Georgia — secure payment processing.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records for tax and accounting purposes).

Your rights

You have the right to:

access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
delete your account and personal data;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent for marketing at any time;
lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication and security — to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Traders' Hub is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Georgia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
