# Apple Delays Smart Glasses Release

According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the company's smart glasses with a display, which were expected to be released in the coming years, will likely appear on the market only in 2029.
Changes also affect the Vision Pro project. According to available information, Apple does not plan further development of this line and will redirect resources to other products. According to the analyst's assessment, the reason for this is the limited commercial success of Vision Pro, as the device turned out to be too expensive for the average consumer.
At the same time, the company continues to work on simpler smart glasses without a display. Their release is expected in 2027. This product will functionally resemble the joint glasses from Meta and Ray-Ban and is considered one of the important directions of Apple's future strategy.
