Elon Musk's X Money Launched in the US

Elon Musk's platform X has launched X Money, a financial application in the United States, which is currently available only to users with a paid subscription.

The new service is part of Elon Musk's plan to transform X from a social network into a platform for payments and other everyday services.

X Money users will receive a Visa debit card, which can be added to Apple Pay immediately. X Money also enables users to transfer funds to each other instantly within the application, without commissions or limits.

In addition to a digital card, users will also receive a physical Visa card. According to the company, when making payments abroad with an X Visa card, no additional fees will be required, and cash withdrawals from ATMs will be free in various countries around the world.

X Premium+ subscribers will receive 6% annual interest on funds held in their account. Premium subscribers can enjoy the same conditions only if they receive a salary or other regular income deposited directly into their X Money account.

X Money is part of Elon Musk's long-standing vision. Back in 1999, he founded the financial company X.com, which later became the foundation for the creation of PayPal. After acquiring Twitter, Musk renamed the platform X and has repeatedly stated that his goal is to offer users a single application that connects them to each other, provides payment functionality, and offers other everyday services. X Money is precisely the first significant step toward this plan.
