DLH Holdings Secures $400 Million Contract with U.S. Navy

DLH Holdings Corp. has secured the right to participate in a U.S. Navy technical services contract that supports various cyberspace-related activities.

The contract, titled Cyberspace Science, Research, Engineering and Technology Integration Unrestricted Multiple Award Contract, is managed by the Navy's Information Warfare Center Pacific. DLH Holdings is one of 29 prime contractors.

The total ceiling amount allocated across all contractors under the contract is $400 million. The base period is five years, with an additional option to extend for two more years.

Under the contract, DLH will have the opportunity to compete for individual task orders. Services include architecture and systems engineering, software and hardware development, modeling and simulation, training support, and cybersecurity.

According to the company, the work will address cyberspace at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

Billy Burnet, president of DLH's defense and security business group, stated that the new contract provides the company with additional opportunities for collaboration with the Navy.

At this stage, specific task orders have not yet been issued. Accordingly, the $400 million amount does not represent guaranteed revenue for DLH — the company's final share will depend on how many individual task orders it wins through competition.
