Gemini's Monthly Users Exceed 1 Billion

According to Google, Gemini's monthly active users have exceeded 1 billion. According to the company, this is one of the fastest-growing products in its history.

Gemini usage is no longer limited to answering text-based questions. 63% of users control the assistant through voice commands, and an increasing number of people operate it exclusively by voice.

Usage of camera and screen sharing is also growing. According to Google's data, every fifth Gemini Live session includes visual information alongside voice communication. These features are particularly popular among students and people performing everyday practical tasks.

According to the company, Gemini generates more than 150 million images per day. Small businesses also actively use the platform to prepare advertising and other visual materials.

On Android, Gemini can already perform various actions in more than 40 popular applications, including calling a taxi and booking a table at a restaurant. On iOS, the service has more than 100 million active users.
