Jaguar Land Rover to cut 4,000 jobs

British Jaguar Land Rover will cut about 4,000 jobs over the next two years. This represents nearly 10% of the company's employees.

Most of the job cuts will take place in the UK. The reductions will mainly affect administrative and other non-production positions.

With this decision, Jaguar Land Rover is trying to cut costs. The company has recently faced several problems, including a cyberattack that disrupted production. The situation was also affected by tariffs imposed on car imports to the US.

At the same time, the company continues working on electric vehicles and plans to release several new models in the coming years.

Jaguar Land Rover is owned by Indian company Tata Motors and employs about 40,000 people worldwide.
