# Stocks Selected by Artificial Intelligence Increased by 202%

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Modern Financial Markets Fundamentally Transforms Investment Decision-Making

Artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming the process of making investment decisions in modern financial markets. According to data from June 2026, a strategy based on stocks selected by a specialized algorithm has achieved a return of 202.63% from November 2023 to the present, significantly outperforming the S&P 500 benchmark.

The artificial intelligence model selects stocks based on the analysis of more than 150 financial models and 15 years of historical data. The system updates a list of approximately 20 companies monthly, allowing investors to respond more quickly to ongoing market changes. One notable example in May was Iridium Communications, whose stock price increased by 31%. Nevertheless, the company remained on the June list because, according to the model's assessment, its financial condition and current valuation still appear attractive.

The model's main advantage is not just selecting successful stocks. It also updates the list in a timely manner when risks increase in a particular company. One example of this is Super Micro Computer. The model removed the stock from the list after a 185% increase, after which its price declined sharply.

According to Investing.com's assessment, growth in the technology sector no longer depends solely on large companies. Excluding the Magnificent Seven (Mag-7), sector gains have increased by more than 51% annually, demonstrating that artificial intelligence's impact extends to a broader technology market.

The Bank of Canada left its rate unchanged — inflation growth risks have intensified

The Bank of Canada left its policy rate unchanged at 2.25%. The decision reflects an effort to maintain a balance between strengthening the country's economy and the risks of rising inflation. According to the central bank, new U.S. tariffs are making the economic growth outlook more uncertain, while high oil prices and the ongoing conflict in the Middle East pose additional inflation risks.
