Nvidia Plans to Attract Up to $500 Billion in Investment for Artificial Intelligence Projects

Nvidia is planning to mobilize investments of up to $500 billion to develop artificial intelligence infrastructure. This initiative involves collaboration with six major investment partners. They will create separate platforms through which long-term investments in the infrastructure necessary for artificial intelligence will be implemented.
According to Morgan Stanley analysts' assessment, this plan is a positive factor for the company's stock. New investments will help the company finance the expenses necessary for growth and will also create additional sources of revenue.
Partners will make decisions on each project individually, while Nvidia will participate in financing up to 25% of the investment if necessary.
According to experts' estimates, a 35% share of revenues could increase earnings per share by more than 10% for the 2029 fiscal year. Morgan Stanley also points to certain financial risks, but continues to name Nvidia as the sector's main favorite. The bank sets a target stock price of $288.
It is important to note that $500 billion at this stage represents only potential investment and not fully confirmed financing.
