SpaceX Signs $6.3 Billion Agreement with Reflection AI

A major deal has been concluded in the artificial intelligence market. According to reports, Elon Musk's company SpaceX has signed an agreement with AI startup Reflection AI valued at $6.3 billion. According to the information circulating, the company has formalized a $6.3 billion agreement with Reflection AI.

The contract remains in effect until 2029. Reflection AI will use Nvidia GB300 chips available in SpaceX's Colossus data center. The company will pay $150 million per month for this service starting July 1, 2026.

Colossus was originally created for Elon Musk's chatbot Grok; however, SpaceX is now offering this resource to other companies as well. The company already has similar agreements with Anthropic and Google.

Reflection AI works on open-source artificial intelligence models. Interest in such systems has grown after some companies restricted access to their own models, and users began reducing their dependence on closed platforms.

The agreement also gives the parties the option to terminate the collaboration. After an initial three-month period, the contract can be terminated with 90 days' notice.
