Trump Claims US Fully Controls Strait of Hormuz

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the Strait of Hormuz is under full control of the United States, and Washington intends to maintain the current situation.

Trump wrote on Truth Social that the American naval blockade operating in the region is being called a "steel wall." According to him, Iran no longer has the ability to resist.

The president also stated that Iran has been significantly weakened, and the Revolutionary Guards are in a dire situation. He drew attention to the country's financial problems and high inflation as well.

Against the backdrop of Trump's statement, vessel traffic in the Strait of Hormuz remains significantly reduced. Before the conflict, approximately 130-140 ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz daily, but in recent days their number has been less than ten per day.
