Trump Purchased SpaceX Stock in June

US President Donald Trump purchased SpaceX shares valued between $15,001 and $50,000 on June 23. The information is stated in a financial disclosure signed on August 12, which was published last Friday.
In June, more than 1,000 buy-sell transactions were executed on Trump's investment account, including the purchase of SpaceX shares. The company went public on June 12, and its initial public offering turned out to be the largest in history.
According to the White House, Trump's investment portfolio is independently managed by financial organizations. The president and his family members cannot determine which companies will receive funds or when share purchases and sales will occur.
SpaceX has multiple contracts with the US government and requires permits from various federal agencies for its operations. Last Thursday, Trump tasked his team with working on increasing the number of commercial space launches in the US.
