4 Digital Finance Stocks That Analysts Are Watching

The digital finance sector continues to be one of the most active directions for investors. Analysts at William Blair highlight four companies in this market: Affirm, Chime, Block, and Dave.

Affirm is one of the most well-known companies in the "buy now, pay later" service space. Recently, it formalized a $2.2 billion agreement with Canada's pension fund. Additionally, Affirm's payment system has been added to Bed Bath & Beyond's brands, which represents an expansion of customer access for the company.

Chime is also at the center of William Blair's attention. The digital bank is particularly focused on younger consumers and offers them access to daily banking services without traditional commissions. One of Chime's popular features is the ability to receive salary advances, which creates additional flexibility for users.

Regarding Block, analysts emphasize the development of Cash App. The application enables users to access payments, investing, and banking services in one space. Block's other platform, Square, has begun a partnership with Sherwin-Williams and added artificial intelligence features to the sales process.

The fourth company is Dave, which offers a financial application to consumers. In the first quarter, the company's revenue grew by 47%. Following this, several analytical firms upgraded their forecasts for Dave's stock. According to William Blair's assessment, the company has good growth prospects, and this has not yet been fully reflected in its stock price.
