Airtel Money plans to list on the London Stock Exchange and raise $800 million

Airtel Money is considering a listing on the London Stock Exchange. During the IPO, the company plans to raise at least $800 million from investors. It is estimated that Airtel Money will be valued at $8 to $9 billion at the time of listing.

Airtel Money is the financial services division of Airtel Africa. Its platform allows users to send and receive money from their phones, pay for various services, and carry out other financial transactions.

If the company submits its documents within the planned timeframe, the process of listing on the London exchange will officially begin.
