Artificial Intelligence Becomes a Significant Source of Revenue in India's IT Sector

Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important direction for Indian technology companies. LTM, a software company, suggests that in the future, revenue generated from this sector may exceed the figures received from traditional IT services.
Some investors fear that artificial intelligence models will replace companies' traditional operations. This expectation has also negatively affected the stock prices of Indian IT companies, though LTM believes that new technology presents more of an opportunity than a threat for business.
The company has already established a partnership with Anthropic and offers clients Claude models. Currently, LTM generates $150 million per quarter from artificial intelligence-related activities, which accounts for 12% of its total revenue.
According to the company's management, artificial intelligence is considered in almost all new contracts. One of the main problems remains the high costs associated with using artificial intelligence models, so LTM is focusing attention on reducing these costs and developing more efficient ways to manage them.
