Oura Plans to Raise Up to $2.2 Billion Through IPO

Smart ring manufacturer Oura has begun preparations for an initial public offering of shares in the US. The company and its shareholders plan to sell 50 million shares, with each share priced between $40 and $44. Based on this, Oura's valuation could reach $15.62 billion. The IPO is expected next week.
Major investors have already shown interest in the offering. Eli Lilly has expressed a desire to purchase up to $100 million worth of shares, while Dragoneer may spend up to $300 million.
Oura's revenue for the first nine months of 2026 grew by approximately 74% compared to the same period the previous year, reaching $1.21 billion. The company sold 3.6 million smart rings over the past 12 months. By the end of the year, Oura expects to have approximately 5.7 million paying customers, representing a 96% increase compared to the previous year.
