Russia's oil products production fell by 19.3% in July

Russia's production of petroleum products and coke fell 19.3% in July compared to the same month last year, according to Russia's statistics agency Rosstat.
In June, the annual decline was 21.7%, so the pace of the decrease slowed slightly in July. On a monthly basis, production rose by 5.6%.
In the first seven months of 2026, production of petroleum products and coke fell 9.2% compared to the same period last year.
Rosstat did not publish exact production volumes. Fuel production in Russia has recently been affected by Ukrainian drone strikes on oil refineries.
