OpenAI Introduces New ChatGPT Business Pricing Plan

OpenAI has added a new offer for ChatGPT Business users. The company is expanding its services for business clients while simultaneously preparing for a stock market listing.
The new offer costs $125 per user per month, or $100 per month with annual payment. According to OpenAI, users will receive five times more usage capacity compared to the standard version of ChatGPT Business. For comparison, the standard package costs $25 per month, or $20 per month with annual payment.
OpenAI has been actively expanding products designed for business in recent periods. One of its main competitors in this market is Anthropic, which offers similar pricing for Teams. The company has successfully attracted large corporate users through Claude Code, a tool specifically designed for programming. OpenAI is developing its own Codex in this direction.
Competition is also growing for products designed for work processes. Anthropic introduced Claude Cowork in January, while OpenAI launched ChatGPT Work in July. Both companies are seeking to increase revenue from corporate users.
OpenAI and Anthropic are also preparing for stock market listings and confidentially submitted relevant documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in June. Anthropic's IPO is expected by the end of the current year, while OpenAI's stock market entry may be postponed until 2027.
